The event took place around 3:46 p.m., Tuesday, June 18, while the boy was walking on Gables Drive in the area of Gables Road, said the Nassau County Police.
According to detectives, the victim was approached by an adult man who was driving a light gray or silver four-door sedan. The man, who was described to be in his 20s with blonde hair and wearing a black shirt, drew the attention of the victim and made, what was described to be, sexual advances towards him, police said.
The boy left the area and went home and told his parents, who then contacted police.
